Sleep Disturbances, such as insomnia, are very common these days and there are many factors which can affect our sleep. Sleep plays an integral role in our mental and physical health and well-being. People who are experiencing depression, grief, anxiety, stress, and pain commonly experience sleep disturbance and as such this is a priority in my work my clients. There are many skills and strategies that can be learnt in therapy to improve one’s quality and or quantity of sleep.
