TELEHEALTH OPTIONS
Tracey offers both office-based face to face sessions and Telehealth Sessions (via Video and/or Phone). Tracey remains strongly committed to providing continuity of care for all current clients irrespective of which therapeutic medium is used. All clients with a current Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) are eligible for Telehealth sessions. Clients with a MHCP and valid referral can utilise up to 10 sessions (per calendar year).
Measures to reduce the likelihood of COVID transmission have been inplemented. We also ask that you use hand sanitizers and adhere to the current COVID related government recommendations and requirements. Please do not come into the office if you are unwell, have any cold or flu-like symptoms, or if you have come in contact with someone with COVID or if you are required to isolate. Telehealth Sessions are available if you still wish to keep your appointment but are unable to attend the practice in person due to the above.
